I just finished this book and went and saw the movie. They were both good but so not the same. I really enjoyed the book my daughter read it the same time I did and that was so fun to discuss the chapters as we read them.
This book is full of adventure and mystery and Greek Mythology. I never studied Greek Mythology so I think this book had more mystery for me then it would for those who have studied it.
I recommend this for ages 10 on up. :) Happy reading.

Book #4
Book #4 looks suspenseful. I found it on the libraries web site so it is at the library. I am sure it is at the christian book stores. I have not checked Wal-Mart or Target. It is The Witness by Dee Henderson. Here is a little summary of the book...
A killer lures a murder witness out of hiding by targeting her sisters. The police chief and his two detectives--all falling in love with different sisters--make it their personal missions to keep the women safe. Facing the future will take a faith deeper than any of them currently knows.
We will not be meeting in January. It would be too soon after Christmas and family will be still visiting for some of us so you will have a little extra time to read this one. We plan to meet at Shannon's the first Friday of February. Happy reading.

Let's talk
OK so I hear that some of us are unable to make it to the meeting this Friday. Don't fear you can talk about the book here. Just post a comment and tell us what you though. Also make sure you check the blog for our next book. I will try to have it posted by Saturday morning but no later than Monday. I do have a crazy weekend ahead of me. Hope to hear all your thoughts.
